What You’ll Do You will: - run growth for multiple D2C brands - not “support”, run. - Lead client communication with founders, operators, and marketing heads - Own brand performance end-to-end - revenue, ROAS, CAC, retention - Build and execute full-funnel strategies across ads, retention, CRO, landing pages, and creative - Analyze numbers daily, spot patterns, and turn insights into action - Manage weekly/monthly brand reviews with clarity, confidence, and direction - Coordinate with performance, creative, copy, retention, design, and ops teams to keep momentum alive - Drive experiments: offers, funnels, creatives, segments, pages and report outcomes - Think business, not channels and make decisions that improve scale & profitability If you want to be the person clients call when they need clarity, direction, and truth - this role is for you. Who You Are (beyond your resumé) - You’re comfortable being the face of the account & talking directly to founders - You communicate clearly, calmly, and confidently - You see numbers and instantly look for patterns - You follow through always - You’re creative enough to shape ideas - You’re analytical enough to judge if they’ll work - You’ve worked in at least one of these worlds: - copywriting - creative strategy - performance marketing - You’ve probably tasted both extremes: A chaotic startup and a structured organization, so you can bring speed with discipline - You’re obsessed with business outcomes: - More revenue. Better margins. Lower CAC. Higher LTV. A Day in This Role Might Look Like - Review brand dashboards before your morning coffee - Message the team with 4 actionables based on what moved overnight - Call a founder and align on priorities for the week - Spot a leak in the funnel and fix it before it becomes a pattern - Coordinate with design + copy to ship a new offer angle - Push new experiments - landing page, retention segment, ad narrative - Kill what doesn’t work and shout about what does - Ask: What’s the fastest route to the next milestone? - Ask again: What haven’t we tried yet?
