Salary : Rs. 4.8 Lacs to Rs. 7.2 Lacs PA Position: Manager – Online Education Operations Location: Ahmedabad Company: Your Own Class – Online learning Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic Manager who can expand our online classes across Gujarat by appointing District & Taluka agents, counselling parents for student enrollment, managing CRM, leading staff, and coordinating teacher onboarding & class operations. Role Description This full-time Senior Manager role is an on-site position located in Ahmedabad. The Senior Manager will oversee daily operations, lead teams, and ensure operational goals align with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include strategic planning, performance monitoring, and collaboration with different departments to drive efficiency and innovation. Maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders and fostering a results-driven work environment are key aspects of this role. Qualifications - Leadership and management skills including team management, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with teams and stakeholders. - Proficiency in project management and problem-solving techniques. - Experience with industry-specific analytics and performance monitoring tools. - Proactive mindset, time management abilities, and a commitment to achieving goals. - Proven track record of experience in a managerial role, with expertise in relevant industry practices. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred. - Familiarity with the local business environment and regulations in Ahmedabad is an advantage.
