Role Summary- This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a large-scale global initiative that will redefine how corporate functions operate within our capability centers. We're looking for someone who thrives on driving transformation and making an impact in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Role Description - Collaborate with P&C leaders and transformation teams to facilitate organizational design and workforce planning, leveraging Orgvue. - Utilize Orgvue to model and analyze organizational structures, ensuring reporting lines and role clarity are optimized. Planning and Deliverables: - Partner with the Global Business Services Transition team to develop and track timelines for P&C activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives across multiple function - s.Craft detailed P&C plans for affected functions, covering all necessary activities to engage stakeholders and drive successful deliver - y.Create a master position list to streamline cross-functional collaboration on role levelling, pricing, and recruitment effort s . Reporting: - Provide PMO support during weekly recruitment progress calls, keeping stakeholders informed of risks and issu - es.Assist the Head of Transformation and Strategy with the compilation of the Recruitment Dashboard, tracking progress against key recruitment activiti e s. Mandatory Requirements - : - Project Management Expertise: Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, adept at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing - effectively.Stakeholder Management Skills: Ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex environments, driving change and resolut - ion.Communication Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly and engagin - gly.Organizational Acumen: Strong organizational abilities with experience in implementing PMO processes that enhance efficiency and minimize r - isk.Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on MS PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Orgvue is a p - l - us. Educatio - n - al Qualifications - - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field; Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus
