Job description Stantec is a global leader in sustainable engineering architecture and environmental consulting The diverse perspectives of our partners and interested parties drive us to think beyond what s previously been done on critical issues like climate change digital transformation and future-proofing our cities and infrastructure We innovate at the intersection of community creativity and client relationships to advance communities everywhere so that together we can redefine what s possible The Stantec community unites approximately 32 000 employees working in over 450 locations across 6 continents Create Field Data Collection FDC forms from analog versions or examples from alternative digital platforms provided by various disciplines within Stantec ES Develop solutions that improve collaboration productivity and knowledge sharing applications using the AGOL and Microsoft Power Platform Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Engage with ES Data Practice FDC leadership to better understand processes and formulate solutions given a set of requirements Adhere to Stantec s data security requirements Follow appropriate documentation and change control processes Support Citizen Developers in the business in understanding how to use AGOL Survey 123 to develop their own FDC forms Independently shepherd a solution from development to deployment to ongoing support Support formal user acceptance testing activities such as test case creation execution and issue resolution Responsible for production environment and evaluation of production code including code review of junior and intermediate team members Transparently communicate issues and resolutions seek clarifications to align with project teams and escalate with resolution steps taken Provide support for the platform to ensure staff using the tools remain productive and billable Capabilities Credentials ESRI AGOL Experience Builder Survey-123 and Field Maps project and form development experience is required SQL Server Reporting Services Microsoft Excel PowerBI experience a plus but not required Capable of developing both prototype and enterprise-class solutions Strong organizational time management and problem-solving skills Highly self-motivated and directed Excellent team player demonstrated by being held accountable to other team members while also holding other team members to their tasks Proactive communicator Technical leadership skills Exercises independent judgement capable of working under general supervision 7 years of hands-on experience using the ESRI platform with an emphasis on their field data collection ecosystem Survey-123 FDC form development Field Maps integration and Experience Builder 7 years of hands-on experience in a professional software development environment Experience with independent solution development testing and deployment when given a set of requirements Experience using Microsoft s Power Platform Experience with ESRI ArcGIS Online preferred but not required Development of Azure logic apps and Azure functions to extend the Power Platform capabilities Experience in test planning preparation and execution Understanding and experience working with agile development practices Excellent knowledge of standard concepts best practices and procedures within a Power Platform environment Demonstrated ability to present technical requirements of proposed solution Experience with user-centric interface design Experience with leveraging data from ERPs particularly Oracle is highly desirable Familiarity with Jira Gitlab or Confluence Primary Location India Pune Organization Stantec IN Business Unit Employee Status Regular Travel No Schedule Full time Job Posting 13 10 2025 04 10 56 Req ID 1001748
