At Sweat Pants Agency we ve helped build and scale multiple Inc 1 fastest-growing companies from the 1 consumer product in 2020 to the 1 healthcare company in 2022 Our team is driven by curiosity humility and a relentless focus on results We help top DTC brands grow through paid media email and creative performance systems Now we re building our own outbound growth engine and we re looking for someone who s excited to help us do it Now we re turning that same playbook inward We re building our own growth engine a system that consistently attracts qualifies and converts new clients through data-driven outbound campaigns The Role We re looking for a Growth Outbound Specialist who can build and manage our cold outreach system from the ground up You ll experiment with new channels build automations personalize outreach with AI and help us reach the right founders and marketing leaders at the right time That means Sourcing and segmenting leads of DTC brand owners operators and marketing heads Writing and testing cold outreach copy that gets replies Setting up automation flows Booking qualified calls for our sales team Testing and owning different outreach channels like email LinkedIn and other social DM s voicemail drops direct mail and more If you love testing tracking and finding creative ways to get replies this role is for you Requirements What You ll Be Doing Build and manage cold outreach campaigns using Lemlist email and ActiveCampaign lead nurturing Source and segment lead data using tools like Apollo Clay or LinkedIn Sales Navigator Write test and optimize cold email sequences follow-ups Automate workflows between Lemlist ActiveCampaign Calendly ActiveCampaign Deals ClickUp Track key metrics open reply call-booked rates and iterate based on performance Collaborate with leadership to refine ICPs messaging and targeting Identify new outbound opportunities LinkedIn partnerships etc Ideal Background 2 years of experience in growth outbound demand gen or SDR roles agency or SaaS preferred Experience using Lemlist ActiveCampaign Clay or similar tools for outreach and automation Strong written English able to write natural personalized cold emails that don t sound like spam Comfortable learning new tools and managing workflows Zapier Slack Calendly Google Sheets ClickUp etc Analytical and organized you track what works and build repeatable systems Bonus You ve worked with DTC or eCommerce brands before Our Core Values Stay Curious Always learning testing and improving Stay Humble Open to feedback and collaboration Own It Take responsibility for results and process not just tasks Be Transparent Communicate clearly and honestly Be Fearless Think big and experiment boldly Benefits Why Sweat Pants Agency Join the team behind multiple INC 1 fastest-growing brands Work with top-tier marketers and creatives from across the U S 100 remote flexible and outcome-driven environment Collaborative low-ego culture focused on learning and results
