Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales CRM Executive who will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of our CRM system. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional understanding of sales processes, data management, and CRM tools, with advanced proficiency in Excel. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring data hygiene, generating insights, and supporting continuous improvement of the sales ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: 1. CRM Data Management & Hygiene - Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all CRM modules. - Conduct regular audits, corrections, and standardization as per the sales framework. - Identify data gaps and drive corrective actions with the sales teams. 2. Functional Testing & Tool Optimization - Test new CRM functionalities, workflows, and automations before release. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate new requirements and features. - Support customization activities like creating flexi fields, updating logic, and verifying tool behavior. 3. Reporting & Insights - Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for sales teams and leadership. - Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights from CRM data. - Support dashboard creation and ensure alignment with sales KPIs and business logic. 4. System Monitoring & Issue Resolution - Proactively monitor tool performance and report any malfunctions or data flow issues. - Coordinate with technical teams for troubleshooting and resolution. 5. Requirement Gathering & Implementation Support - Partner with sales leadership to capture evolving business needs. - Prepare data sets and documentation to support configuration changes or new feature rollouts. 6. Dashboard Creation & Logic Mapping - Design and manage dashboards reflecting sales performance metrics. - Define logic, legends, and formulas for KPIs to ensure reporting accuracy. Key measures of success: - Dashboard Reliability, Reporting & Insights - CRM Data Accuracy & Hygiene - Functional Testing & Tool Optimization - User Adaptation and Feedback - Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration - Cross-Functional Collaboration Key Competencies: - Ownership of Action and Results - Process Centricity - Customer Centricity Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Conditional Logic, Data Cleaning). - Solid understanding of sales process flow, funnel stages, and sales metrics. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and documentation abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, IT, and Operations teams. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Certification in CRM platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
