Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell advanced American automation products in the assigned region. - Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers. - Perform detailed technical and business needs analysis to recommend appropriate solutions. - Follow up on sales leads and generate new business through telephone, email, and direct outreach. - Make direct sales to customers and provide support to local distributors. - Train and mentor distributor sales engineers and regional sales engineers on company products. - Manage the activities of sales engineers within the assigned region. - Reside in the assigned marketing area and oversee all customer accounts. - Travel within the region to develop and maintain strong customer relationships. - Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, technical forums, and conferences to showcase products. - Undergo training in strategic selling skills, product knowledge, and periodic travel to the US for advanced learning. Prerequisites / Experience: - Proven track record of sales in technical products across any industry. - Good aptitude for computers and mechatronics concepts. - Aggressive, dynamic, and confident personality with excellent communication skills in English and local languages. - Effective presentation skills for small and large groups. - Understanding of basic selling processes with a desire to learn strategic selling techniques. - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Minimum 5 years of sales experience and 2 years in leadership/management roles for Regional Sales Managers.
