Advance your career in a highly collaborative environment focused on excellence and growth Job Summary As a Trade Lifecycle Associate in the Investment Management Operations team, you will partner with stakeholders to define, validate, and test technology and operational requirements. You will identify and resolve issues, ensuring requirements are met and solutions are delivered efficiently. You will contribute to complex, synergistic projects, working independently and collaboratively to drive desired outcomes Job Responsibilities - Maintain and update JIRA tickets for project tracking - Partner with technology teams to gather data requirements and test solutions - Collaboratively manage sponsor and customer expectations - Interact regularly with sponsors to ensure alignment - Partner with Subject Matter Experts to ensure compliance with internal controls - Coordinate data extraction and interpretation from various databases - Conduct detailed business analysis and present findings to stakeholders - Create comprehensive business requirement and process documentation - Understand complex business requirements and propose operating model solutions - Support end-to-end testing and reconciliation activities - Identify and resolve issues or gaps in operational processes Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills - Minimum 6 years of program management or strategy implementation in financial services - Exhibit in-depth knowledge of Asset or Investment Management products and market instruments - Understand trade life cycle and reconciliations; possess client onboarding experience - Analyze process flows and ideate operational improvements - Build strong relationships with cross-functional and global teams - Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders - Adapt quickly to fast-paced environments and prioritize multiple tasks Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills - Apply control orientation and risk awareness in daily operations - Manage complex stakeholder maps, including senior leaders in various functions - Use diagnostic skills and objective data for requirements and issue resolution - Explain complex issues concisely to senior management - Demonstrate broad knowledge of front-, mid-, and back-office systems and processes - Utilize institutional fund accounting processes for reporting and reconciliation - Leverage strong JIRA and MS Office skills for documentation and communication ABOUT US JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
