The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting candidates through licensing and deployment processes. Key Responsibilities - Source and screen international nurses and healthcare professionals. - Manage interviews, documentation, and selection workflow. - Coordinate with hospitals, vendors, and recruitment partners overseas. - Guide candidates on licensing, credentialing, and visa requirements. - Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases. Requirements - 0–1 years of healthcare recruitment experience (international hiring preferred). - Strong communication, convincing and coordination skills. - Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
