Job Description Job Description - 25 years of international B2B sales experience in IT services, Salesforce, or SaaS. - Drive go-to-market strategy and expand business across USA & Canada. - Identify, pitch, and close new clients for Salesforce consulting and AI solutions. - Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and business platforms (e.g., Upwork). - Lead discovery calls, prepare proposals, and close high-value consulting deals. - Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions based on client needs. - Build and manage a junior SDR team in future phases. - Report key metrics, pipeline status, and insights to leadership. Technical Skills - Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). - Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and pipelines. - Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation platforms. - Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, AI, and automation solutions. - Skilled in proposal creation, pitch decks, and sales reporting.
