Senior Travel Consultant (Remote) Company: Spring Travels Surrey Location: Remote (Canada Time) Employment Type: Full-time About Us Spring Travels is a respected travel agency based in Surrey, BC. We specialize in Canada–India travel, offering our clients personalized itineraries, competitive fares, and exceptional service. Work Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Travel Consultant with experience in reservations and Canada to India travel sales. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, comfortable handling client inquiries remotely, and confident in using Amadeus for reservations. This role is sales-focused (not ticketing). You’ll be responsible for converting inquiries into bookings, advising on the best routes and fares, and delivering outstanding customer service to our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound calls and online inquiries with professionalism • Advise clients on Canada–India travel options, fares, baggage, and airline policies • Build and manage reservations in Amadeus (no ticketing/reissues required) • Convert leads into bookings, meeting or exceeding sales targets • Provide exceptional service and resolve customer concerns promptly • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline promotions, rules, and seasonal travel trends Required Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in a travel agency or similar role • Proficiency in Amadeus reservations (mandatory) • Proven sales success, especially on Canada to India routes • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (spoken & written) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications • Travel & Tourism certification or related training • Knowledge of key India gateways (DEL, ATQ, BOM, HYD) and Canadian gateways (YVR, YYZ, YUL, YYC) • Experience handling group bookings and consolidator fares What We Offer • 100% remote work • Competitive base salary + sales incentives/commissions • Collaborative and supportive team environment • Professional growth and development opportunities How to Apply Please submit the following to jobs@springtravels.ca with the subject line: Senior Travel Consultant – Remote: 1.
