Management - Work Dynamics What this job involves About the Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Manager to oversee all aspects of security operations within our facility management division The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing implementing and maintaining security protocols to ensure the safety of our personnel assets and properties Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and policies Manage and supervise the security team including hiring training and performance evaluations Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed Oversee the installation maintenance and upgrade of security systems and equipment Investigate and report on security incidents and breaches Develop and manage the security budget Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and industry standards Provide security awareness training to facility staff and occupants Collaborate with other departments to integrate security measures into overall facility management plans Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Criminal Justice Security Management or related field 5 years of experience in security management preferably in a facility management setting Strong knowledge of security systems surveillance technologies and access control systems Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in security management software and Microsoft Office suite Valid driver s license and clean driving record Preferred Qualifications Master s degree in a related field Certified Protection Professional CPP or other relevant industry certifications Experience with emergency management and business continuity planning Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices If you re ready to take on this challenging and
