About the Role As an Accounting Automation Consultant or how we call it "Agent Product Manager", you’ll use our no-code AI platform to design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows for accounting firms. Your accounting or finance experience will help you understand client needs and translate manual processes into smart automations—no coding required. What You’ll Do - Collaborate with accounting and finance professionals to understand business processes, pain points, and automation needs - Design, build, and test AI agents and automated workflows using our no-code platform - Map out end-to-end accounting processes and translate them into automation logic - Support client onboarding, training, and adoption of our platform - Document best practices and create user-friendly materials - Provide feedback to the product team for continuous platform improvement - Stay up-to-date with the latest in accounting, finance, and automation technology What We’re Looking For - 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance (public accounting, corporate finance, bookkeeping, or related fields) - Strong understanding of accounting workflows and terminology - Analytical thinker with a knack for process optimization - Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools—no coding experience required - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized - Experience with Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, No-Code Automation tools
