Role Description This is a full-time on-site Recruiter role located in Ludhiana. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and reference checking candidates to ensure they match the client's culture and specific job requirements. The Recruiter will also coordinate and facilitate interviews with clients, maintain strong communication between the client company and candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
