Role Overview As aSenior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals that align with Bastille Studios creative and commercial goals. You will work closely with the marketing, creative, and production teams to craft solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries (e.g., media, advertising, corporate, entertainment, etc.). - Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling and exceptional service. - Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients. - Collaborate with internal teams to align client goals with Bastille Studios creative and production capabilities. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform sales strategy. - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation to closing. - Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and reporting for senior management. Qualifications & Experience - 2+ years of proven sales experience in the creative, media, or production industries. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets. - Strong understanding of branding, content production, and digital marketing landscapes. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
