Role Overview We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst / Project Manager who can bridge business goals with technical execution. The role involves managing project lifecycles end-to-end — from understanding client requirements to ensuring timely and high-quality delivery through agile collaboration. Key Responsibilities - Engage with clients to understand project objectives, requirements, and success metrics. - Translate business needs into clear documentation and actionable tasks for the team. - Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure timely delivery. - Conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while maintaining accountability. - Communicate effectively across teams and act as a single point of contact for clients. - Identify potential risks or scope changes early and take proactive measures. - Maintain and monitor project documentation, plans, and reports on tools like JIRA or Trello. Desired Profile Minimum Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management. - 4–5 years of experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis in the IT/software domain. - Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills. - Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and sprint-based execution. - Ability to manage multiple projects independently while ensuring client satisfaction. Preferred Requirements - Experience working with US-based clients or startups. - Familiarity with estimation and budgeting for software projects. - Understanding of backend/frontend data flow and technical dependencies. - Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent (optional but desirable). Experience Required Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis in the IT/software domain.
