Designation: Lead Designer (Website Design & Graphic Design) Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 5+Years Salary : upto 9 LPA Job Summary: We are seeking a Creative Manager / Creative Director to lead the design function and oversee all creative work across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will manage a design team, conceptualise and execute engaging visuals for websites and marketing materials, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a creative design team across multiple projects. Collaborate with the IT Director, CEO, and clients to develop strategic and creative solutions. Conceptualise and design responsive websites, landing pages, and digital marketing assets using Angular, Node.js, and modern web technologies. Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other print collateral. Ensure high-quality standards, including quality control, QA, and content accuracy across all designs. Manage website maintenance, updates, and enhancements. Direct creative work in domains like Tours & Travel, Hospitality Management, Booking Systems, and Channel Management. Mentor junior designers, fostering creativity, skill growth, and attention to detail. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in India and international offices to execute campaigns effectively. Manage relationships with vendors, printers, and photographers to ensure top-quality deliverables. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field. 5–7 years of experience in Creative Design, UI/UX, or Web Design leadership roles. Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design expertise. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Experience with web development tools (Angular, Node.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills. Experience in digital marketing, social media design, videography, and photography preferred. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines while maintaining creativity and quality.
