You’ll be our voice across platforms, creating engaging content, building community, and making our mission resonate with people—whether they're eco-activists, everyday citizens, or corporate donors. This is a hands-on, creative role ideal for someone who’s excited to build from scratch, experiment, and grow with us. Key Responsibilities - Research and implement a content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube - Create engaging posts that highlight tree planting activities, impact stories, field visuals, and environmental days - Work with field teams to collect photos, videos, and stories from the ground - Write copy that’s clear, inspiring, and aligned with our voice - Monitor DMs, comments, and mentions—fostering two-way engagement - Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, clicks) and suggest improvements - Collaborate with content creators, designers, and the wider team - Stay updated on trends in climate, sustainability, and social media Who You Are - 1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably for a nonprofit, sustainability brand, or startup - Strong writing skills with a clear, engaging tone - Must be well-versed with CANVA and other editing tools. - Comfortable being both creative and data-driven - Passionate about the environment, storytelling, and social impact - Passionate about traveling and meeting new people.
