Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior SEO Executive with strong expertise in boosting organic traffic improving keyword rankings and generating quality leads for real estate projects The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of on-page off-page and technical SEO along with hands-on experience in real estate websites portals and lead-generation strategies Key Responsibilities1 SEO Strategy Planning- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies for real estate projects - Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new growth opportunities - Plan keyword strategies targeting high-intent real estate audiences 2 On-Page Optimization- Optimize landing pages project pages blogs and microsites for maximum visibility - Improve meta tags content structure URL optimization schema markup and internal linking - Ensure real estate pages rank for local and project-based keywords 3 Off-Page Optimization- Develop and execute high-quality backlink strategies - Manage guest posting PR submissions classifieds real estate directories and outreach campaigns - Ensure healthy link profiles and remove toxic backlinks 4 Technical SEO- Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix technical issues - Improve website speed mobile responsiveness crawl errors and indexing issues - Collaborate with developers for technical improvements and CMS updates 5 Content Collaboration- Work with the content team to optimize blogs project descriptions and marketing content - Identify new content opportunities based on search trends user intent - Ensure SEO guidelines are followed across all digital assets 6 Analytics Reporting- Track daily weekly and monthly keyword rankings - Monitor organic traffic conversions bounce rate and website performance - Use tools like Google Analytics Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs Moz etc - Prepare detailed MIS and SEO performance reports for management Requirements- Bachelor s degree in Marketing IT or a related field - 3-6 years of experience in SEO preferably in the real estate industry - Expertise in on-page off-page and technical SEO - Strong understanding of real estate search intent locality-based keywords and project SEO - Hands-on experience with SEO tools SEMrush Ahrefs Search Console Screaming Frog etc - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills- Knowledge of WordPress Wix or other CMS platforms - Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO - Experience with Google My Business GMB and local SEO strategies - Experience working with real estate portals 99acres Magicbricks Housing com - Team handling or mentoring experience added advantage ref updazz com
