Role Description

- Learn to assess clients’ fitness, health, HR, and HRV data to create heart-rate zone–based training plans.
- Conduct goal-setting sessions and progress reviews with clients.
- Coordinate with clients’ support teams to ensure consistency and results.
- Collaborate on building App-based programs that redefine how people train.
- Stay ahead of trends in cardiovascular fitness, tech-driven training, and coaching methods.
- Handle admin tasks and occasionally travel for company programs or corporate events.

What We’re Looking For

- Degree in Physical Education, Exercise Science, Physiotherapy, or accredited health & fitness certifications.
- Personal running or fitness background is a plus.
- Certified in training runners or eager to learn on the job.
- Strong communicator in English (regional languages a plus).
- Passionate about motivating clients, learning fast, and growing in a startup environment.
- Experience designing fitness programs is a bonus, not required.
