Qualtrics is an experience management software which enables the creation and distribution of surveys, along with the collection of data derived from user feedback and reports. AKT is looking for a Qualtrics Customer Experience Application Consultant who will lead the client onboarding and solution delivery process. The consultant is responsible for helping customers unlock the full potential of the Qualtrics platform to run value-driven programs. This role also serves as a client advocate, actively listening to their needs and driving key operational and product enhancements internally. Reporting to the Head of Qualtrics Solution Consulting, this is a full- position, open to candidates living and eligible to work in India. Key Responsibilities: - Solution design and configuration of a business solution - End to end system configuration - Data visualization - Documentation - Training delivery - Client-facing activities and client communication - Project management at small scale Job Requirements: - 3+ years of experience with Qualtrics Customer Experience Consulting - Experience with SPSS, Power BI, or SAP Analytical Cloud an advantage - Experience with supporting HR Technology or CRM an advantage - Proficiency with AI tools - an advantage - Language skills in English (very high level both written and oral) a must - Additional languages such as German or French an advantage - A degree in business relevant fields and research experience an advantage - Knowledge of CSS or Python an advantage Personal Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Curiosity, flexibility, and a can-do-attitude - Proactivity and creativity in asking why and also providing solutions - Continuous learning - Technical orientation - Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and independently - Customer-centric approach AKT Offers: - A wide range of opportunities for career growth - Top-notch methodologies such as customer and employee experience management, agile, lean startup, design thinking, workshop facilitation, technology and more - Challenging and very dynamic small team that is expected to grow and develop - Recreation and enthusiasm that will drive you to self-actualization - International business environment (offices in the UK, DACH, India, France, North America, Israel, and Czech Republic)
