Job Description We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive business analysis and data integration projects within our dynamic team. Responsibilities - Conduct thorough business requirements elicitation, gathering and documentation - Translate business requirements into functional, non-functional requirements and technical stories - Break down epics into INVEST user stories and document acceptance criteria - Decompose features into end-to-end scenarios and create user journeys and diagrams - Utilize Agile and SAFe methodologies to maintain the software development lifecycle - Write clear technical stories that communicate complex concepts effectively - Demonstrate working knowledge of API features and data integration techniques - Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and developers - Initiate and lead internal discussions to ensure offshore development team alignment - Be available to address developer questions and remove blockers within the working day - Balance customer focus with internal team needs to ensure clarity and address concerns - Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams - Use AI-assisted tools to enhance day-to-day work efficiency - Facilitate meetings, support client decision-making, and manage conflicts when necessary Requirements - Extensive experience in business analysis with 7-9 years of relevant work - Proven leadership in coordinating distributed teams and managing stakeholder relationships - Strong expertise in business requirements definition and documentation - Advanced skills in data modeling and data integration - Solid understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability to write clear technical stories and user scenarios - Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of complex tasks - Ability to work effectively in distributed environments with onshore and offshore teams - Flexibility in adapting to evolving client needs and priorities - Strong facilitation skills for meetings and conflict management - Ability to balance multiple stakeholder demands and maintain team alignment - English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
