Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role located in Jaipur. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating comprehensive documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Day-to-day tasks include identifying improvement opportunities, analyzing data to support decision-making, and assisting in creating strategies to meet business objectives. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to facilitate efficient project execution. Qualifications - Proficiency in requirement gathering, business analysis, and creating documentation - Strong data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with internal and external stakeholders - Experience with tools and methodologies such as UML, BPMN, and project management tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field - Ability to work independently and pay attention to detail - Prior experience in IT or web solutions industry is a plus
