Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Operations Executive (Inbound Travel) to support our day-to-day DMC operations. You will be responsible for managing inbound travel arrangements, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our international clients. Key Responsibilities - Itinerary Planning: Design and customize detailed travel itineraries for international clients, ensuring their preferences and interests are met. - Vendor Coordination: Liaise with hotels, transport services, and tour guides to ensure smooth trip execution, negotiating competitive rates to manage costs effectively. - Customer Support: Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing support during the trip to address any questions or issues. - Booking Management: Oversee bookings for accommodations, transportation, and activities, and ensure all necessary documentation (vouchers, permits, etc.) is in order. - Costing and Financial Management: Prepare detailed cost estimates for itineraries, manage trip budgets, and monitor overall cost control. - On-the-Ground Support: Provide real-time troubleshooting and assistance during trips, ensuring clients have a seamless experience. - Market Research: Stay updated on new travel destinations, activities, and trends to offer innovative travel experiences. Required Skills & Experience - 2+ years of experience in inbound tour operations. - Strong knowledge of India's key tourist destinations and travel ecosystem. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). - Excellent communication skills in English, with experience in client handling and vendor management. Knowing an additional international language is a bonus. - Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and deliver under pressure. - Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
