Job Title Data Entry Executive DTP Printout Operator Job Purpose The Data Entry Executive DTP Printout Operator plays a key role in supporting the creation and production of educational materials such as textbooks workbooks brochures posters and other printed resources This role involves designing formatting and printing high-quality academic content that meets the institution s standards and enhances the learning experience Key Responsibilities 1 Designing and Formatting Use desktop publishing DTP software to create and format educational materials Collaborate with teachers administrators and content teams to understand design requirements and produce visually effective layouts 2 Layout and Typesetting Arrange text graphics and images systematically to ensure clarity and visual appeal Maintain consistency in fonts spacing alignment and formatting across all materials 3 Printing and Production Operate and manage printing equipment including printers plotters and copiers Adjust printing settings for optimal quality and ensure adequate stock of printing materials such as paper ink and toner 4 Quality Control Conduct thorough quality checks on printed outputs to ensure accuracy sharpness and color consistency Maintain high production standards and rectify printing or formatting issues promptly 5 Editing and Proofreading Review and proofread content for grammatical formatting and design errors Coordinate with content creators to ensure accuracy and consistency before final printing Qualifications and Experience Minimum Education Bachelor s Degree in any discipline Experience Prior experience in DTP operations or printing work preferred Required Skills Proficiency in desktop publishing software e g Adobe InDesign PageMaker CorelDRAW MS Publisher etc Familiarity with printing equipment and technologies Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across materials Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with academic and administrative teams Basic time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects efficiently Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 16 000 00 - 17 000 00 per month
