Zoho CRM Executive

Job Summary:
The Zoho One CRM Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing Zoho One CRM across the Recruitment, Study Abroad, Migration, and Language Academy departments. This role involves configuring, customizing, and maintaining the Zoho One suite to streamline processes, improve data management, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Zoho One CRM Configuration and Customization:
- Configure Zoho One CRM modules (Leads, Contacts, Deals, Tasks) to meet the needs of each department.
- Customize fields, layouts, and workflows for seamless data entry and reporting.
- Develop and implement custom reports and dashboards to track KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
2. Data Management and Quality:
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Zoho One CRM system.
- Implement data cleansing and validation procedures.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies to maintain data quality standards.
3. Process Automation:
- Identify opportunities for automating processes within Zoho One CRM.
- Create workflows and triggers to automate tasks and reduce manual effort.
4. User Training and Support:
- Provide training and support for CRM users across the organization.
- Develop user guides and documentation to improve CRM usage.
- Address and troubleshoot user issues related to CRM functionalities.
5. CRM System Optimization:
- Continuously evaluate the Zoho One CRM system to enhance performance and user experience.
- Stay updated on the latest Zoho One CRM features and functionalities.
- Recommend and implement CRM system upgrades or enhancements.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate regular reports and analyses on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify trends and insights from data to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in CRM management, preferably with Zoho One.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
- Experience in recruitment, study abroad, migration, or language academy sectors (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
- Zoho One CRM certification (preferred).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
