Customer Relations Intern

**Roles and Responsibilities:
- **
- Resolve queries of Teachers to validate their data as part of our Specimen programme.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
**Skills Needed:
- **
- At Least 1+ year of telecalling, and customer support experience.
- Solid never give up and positive attitude.
- Very Good in English Speaking.
- Good technical skills (should know how to use excel, CRM tools etc).
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
