- Engaging in original and creative research.
- Publishing articles regularly in relevant journals or conferences.
- **Departmental Activities**:

- Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to administrative tasks.
- Collaborating with other faculty members to align course content with departmental objectives.
- **Additional Considerations**:

- Good communication skills.
- Commitment to high-quality education.
- Ability to mentor graduate students.
