We are hiring for International Customer Service Executive - Voice for Teleperformance in Gurgaon (Work from office).

Shift timing : 9:30AM to 6:30PM

Working days: 6 days a week

Week-off: 1 day a week (rotational off)

**Salary**: Upto 19K (In hand)

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in International BPO

Job description:

- Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer interaction:

- Providing accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency.

2. Problem resolution:

- Investigating and resolving customer problems and concerns promptly.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
- Documenting customer interactions and solutions for future reference.

3. Product knowledge:

- Staying informed about product features, specifications, and promotions.
- Providing product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.

4. Communication:

- Collaborating with other team members and departments to share customer feedback and insights.
- Communicating effectively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

5. Customer feedback:

- Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with the management team to implement changes that enhance customer satisfaction.

6. Adherence to policies and procedures:

- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Staying updated on industry best practices and customer service trends.

- RBL Inbound Process : Inbound sales process

SBI Inbound Process : Inbound sales process

Salary upto 19K

Any graduate / under graduate

Fresher/ Experienced

Good communication skills

Language: English, Proficient in the languages.

Looking for immediate joiners.
