**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Design high-quality visuals, including social media posts, banners, brochures, posters, and advertisements for both digital and print media.
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet project objectives and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Ensure that all graphics are consistent with the brand’s visual identity and are of the highest quality.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to create cohesive designs that support various campaigns and initiatives.
- **Video Editing & Motion Graphics**:

- Edit and produce top-tier video content, such as promotional videos, social media clips, event coverage, and other video projects.
- Create and incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content, making it more engaging and dynamic.
- Stay current with the latest video editing and motion graphics trends and techniques to continually improve content quality.
- **Software & Tools**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) or similar design and editing software.
- Expertise in motion graphics and animation using software like Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
- Familiarity with 3D design software (e.g., Blender) is a plus.
- Knowledge of color grading, audio editing, and other post-production processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field. (Equivalent work experience will be considered.)
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality graphic designs and video content, including motion graphics.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and motion graphics.
- Strong creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in creating complex motion graphics and animations.
- Basic knowledge of photography and videography.
- Understanding of digital marketing trends and how design and video content can support marketing efforts.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and knowledge of the type of content that performs well on each.
