The Sales and Service Manager will lead a team of catering coordinators, event staff, and service personnel to achieve revenue targets and exceed customer expectations.

**Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for outdoor catering services, including corporate events, weddings, parties, and special occasions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and propose customized catering solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure bookings and maximize profitability.

**Event Coordination and Service Management**:

- Consult with clients to understand event requirements, preferences, and dietary restrictions for catering services.
- Collaborate with culinary / kitchen team to create customised menus, tastings, and food presentations.
- Coordinate logistics for outdoor events, including setup, staffing, equipment rental, and food delivery.
- Supervise on-site operations during events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service delivery.

**Team Leadership and Management**:

- Recruit, train, and mentor catering coordinators, event staff, and service personnel.
- Set performance goals and expectations for team members, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and customer-focused team culture, promoting excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction.

**Marketing and Promotion**:

- Collaborate with marketing team to develop marketing collateral and promotional campaigns to promote outdoor catering services.
- Maintain online presence on company website, social media platforms, and third-party directories.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness.

**Financial Management**:

- Forecast sales revenue, track performance against targets, and analyze sales trends.
- Develop and manage budgets for outdoor catering operations, including sales and marketing expenses, labor costs, and overhead.
- Prepare accurate billing invoices, contracts, and payment schedules for clients, ensuring timely payment and account reconciliation.

**Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and licensing requirements governing outdoor catering operations.
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in catering services, including food presentation, taste, freshness, and customer service.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold food safety standards and ensure operational excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and event management, preferably in the catering or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, health codes, and licensing requirements.
