Job Overview: As a Marketing & Sales Executive, your role will be instrumental in driving growth and achieving sales targets for our products. You will play a pivotal part in developing and executing marketing strategies, as well as managing sales activities to ensure the success of our brands in the highly competitive consumer goods market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners. Understand customer needs and preferences to provide them with exceptional service and support.
- Analyze market trends and develop strategies to increase market share
- Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products to clients
- Track sales performance against targets and analyze results. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving organizational objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (3 years) in marketing and sales
- Experience in the retail sector/FMCG/hotels and restaurants would be preferred
- Good English and Hindi language proficiency for communication with clients is necessary
- Masters or Bachelors degree educational qualification would be preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
