Lead the planning and implementation of projects utilizing Adobe Experience Manager and experience in leading scrum team as the product owner.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define the vision and strategy for digital marketing solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Manage the product backlog, prioritizing based on maximizing business value and stakeholder needs.
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
Work with marketing and technical teams to implement best practices and enhance content visibility and user acquisition.
Foster an Agile environment, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Analyze performance data from Analytics and SEO to drive website optimization and improve user engagement.
Demonstrate the business value and adoption of implemented solutions through detailed metrics and reports.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure that the product meets their evolving needs.
**Qualifications**:
More than 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in digital marketing or related fields.
Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Proven track record of improving website performance.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in value-based project delivery.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate technical details into business benefits and vice versa.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
**Preferred but not mandatory**:
Certification in Adobe Experience Manager Business Practitioner
Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, SAFe).
Experience in managing digital transformation projects.
