About the role:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and facilitating the efficient operation of the sales department. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication between various stakeholders.

Responsibilities: Order Processing:

- Receive and process customer orders.
- Verify order accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Customer Communication:

- Communicate with clients to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and any other relevant information. Sales Support:

- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. Data Management:

- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Generate reports on sales activities and performance. Logistics and Shipping:

- Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments to arrangetimely deliveries.
- Track and monitor shipment status to ensure on-time delivery. Administrative Tasks:

- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team. Prepare and distribute sales-related documentation.
- Handle routine administrative tasks to support the sales department. Inventory Management:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to replenish stock.
- Update inventory records and assist in managing product availability. Sales Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales team to provide necessary support.
- Facilitate communication and information flow within the sales department.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft software’s. Having technical background would be an added advantage. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
