Education:

- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management

Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years with hotel industry
- Minimum Experience **:1 Year to 2 Years of **Proven experience in resort management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Oversight**: Manage and supervise day-to-day resort operations to ensure a high level of service quality and guest satisfaction.
- **Department Coordination**: Collaborate with different departments such as housekeeping, front desk, food and beverage, and maintenance to optimize resort operations.
- **Staff Management**: Recruit, train, and supervise resort staff, ensuring they adhere to standards of professionalism and customer service.
- **Guest Services**: Ensure prompt and courteous handling of guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditures to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- **Inventory Control**: Oversee inventory levels for supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock and timely replenishment.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, resort policies, and industry standards.
- **Event Coordination**: Coordinate special events, conferences, and functions hosted at the resort, ensuring smooth execution.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and uphold quality control measures to maintain the highest standards in resort services.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Handle administrative responsibilities such as record-keeping, report generation, and communication with corporate offices.

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with staff and guests.
