Job Title: Administrative and Accounting Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
1. Record accurate journal entries in Tally and verify invoices uploaded on Busy accounting software.

2. Efficiently scan and organize purchase bills, ensuring proper documentation and storage on company drives.

3. Perform general administrative duties including but not limited to managing office supplies, ordering housekeeping and stationary items, and maintaining inventory levels.

4. Coordinate general maintenance tasks and provide support for computer hardware and software issues.

5. Arrange for essential services such as Wefast and porter services, ensuring smooth operations.

6. Prepare and maintain records for domestic insurance, ensuring compliance with company policies.

7. Handle emergency situations by facilitating the issuance of cheques as required.

8. Generate shipment, box, and pallet stickers accurately from Excel sheets, maintaining consistency and adherence to standards.

9. Assist in completing and filing bank forms accurately and promptly.

This job profile entails a blend of accounting, administrative, and coordination responsibilities, crucial for ensuring smooth operations and compliance within the organization.

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:
