As a Kitchen Helper at **Snakkers BSF Camp in Jalalabad, Kamre Wala, Punjab**, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our kitchen operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality snacks to our customers. **Responsibilities**:
**1. Food Preparation**: Assist in preparing ingredients and snacks according to established recipes and standards. This may include chopping vegetables, mixing ingredients, and assembling snack items.

**2. Cooking Assistance**: Support kitchen staff during cooking activities, such as frying, baking, grilling, or any other cooking methods as required.

**3. Cleaning and Sanitization**: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.

**4. Stock Management**: Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies and ingredients. Notify the supervisor of any shortages or discrepancies in stock levels.

**5. Compliance**: Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of customers and colleagues.

**6.** **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other kitchen staff members to coordinate tasks efficiently and contribute to a positive work environment.

**7. Customer Service**: Occasionally interact with customers to take orders or provide assistance, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a cooperative attitude towards teamwork.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as per the designated schedule.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects if necessary.
