Executive - Delegate Acquisition

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to generate leads and increase sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products/services and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to drive sales
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of exceeding sales targets, Freshers can apply
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
