**Job Title: Personal Assistant(Only girls)**

**Location**: New Delhi

**Job Type**: Full Time

As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting C.E.O by managing a variety of tasks, including attending outstation meetings on behalf of the executive. Your responsibilities will encompass administrative duties, travel arrangements, and ensuring smooth operations during meetings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outstation Meetings**:

- Attend outstation meetings as required, representing C.E.O in various locations.
- Prepare and review meeting agendas, ensuring all necessary documents and information are available.
- Take detailed minutes of meetings, capture action items, and follow up on key decisions and deadlines.
- Liaise with meeting organizers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Handle travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain confidential records and files.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between departments and ensure timely dissemination of information.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed to support the executive’s efficiency.
- **Travel and Logistics**:

- Organize and oversee travel itineraries and logistics for both outstation meetings and personal travel.
- Ensure all travel and accommodation arrangements are executed smoothly.
- Handle any issues or changes in travel plans promptly and effectively.
- **General Assistance**:

- Provide general administrative support including office management tasks as required.
- Perform any additional duties that support the executive’s role and responsibilities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, with a focus on managing outstation travel and meetings.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel as required for outstation meetings.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel independently.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.

**Work Environment**:

- The role may require frequent travel and extended hours based on meeting schedules and deadlines.
- Must be able to handle the demands of a fast-paced work environment.
