**Position Overview**: The Investor Relations Associate will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing relationships with the company's investors, analysts, and financial community. This position requires a highly motivated individual with 3-5 years of experience in investor relations or related fields.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Communication and Reporting**:

- Prepare and distribute quarterly and annual financial reports, presentations, and other relevant materials for shareholders and analysts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and maintain clear and consistent communication with the investment community.
- Monitor and analyze peer and industry performance to provide benchmarking insights.

2. **Financial Analysis**:

- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and competitor data to identify key drivers of the company's performance.
- Assist in the preparation of financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

3. **Investor Meetings and Events**:

- Organize and coordinate investor conferences, roadshows, and earnings conference calls.
- Arrange one-on-one meetings with investors and analysts to discuss the company's performance and strategy.

4. **Shareholder Engagement**:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and individual shareholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of investor concerns and feedback to address them effectively.

5. **Market Intelligence**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's financial performance and investor sentiment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or related roles within a publicly listed company.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and financial modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to investor relations in India.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and investor relations software/tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
