**Job Summary**: A Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets by personally visiting clients or prospects in their assigned geographic area. They represent the company's products or services and play a key role in driving revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Acquisition**: Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients.
Conduct cold calls, door-to-door visits, and attend industry events to generate leads.

**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide personalized assistance to meet client needs.

**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services.
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and advantages to customers.

**Sales Targets**: Set and achieve sales targets and quotas.
Continuously monitor progress toward sales goals.
Identify and implement strategies to overcome sales challenges.

**Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitors.
Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify opportunities.

**Sales Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

**Sales Tools and Technology**: Utilize sales tools, such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, to manage leads and track customer interactions.
Utilize technology for efficient communication and reporting.

**Travel**: Travel within the assigned region to meet with clients, attend meetings, and participate in events.
Manage travel schedules and expenses effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in field sales or a related role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle may be required.

**Salary**: 20000-30000 INR

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
