**Description**
**Responsibilities:
- **
- Perform comprehensive assessments of neonates, including physical exams and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for neonates, in collaboration with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and manage the progress of critically ill patients, including those requiring mechanical ventilation, intravenous therapy, and other advanced interventions.
- Provide immediate care for critically ill or unstable neonates, including resuscitation and stabilization.
- Respond to emergencies within the NICU promptly and efficiently.
- Perform or assist with various procedures such as intubations, central line insertions, lumbar punctures, and umbilical catheterizations.
- Ensure aseptic technique and adherence to hospital protocols during procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
- Document patient assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records.
- Work closely with neonatologists, pediatricians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Communicate effectively with families, providing updates on their infant’s condition and treatment plan, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Stay updated with current medical research and best practices in neonatal care.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and protocols to enhance patient care and safety.
- Participate in morbidity and mortality reviews, and use findings to improve clinical practice.
- Assist in the management of the NICU, including handling admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including those related to infection control, patient confidentiality, and safety protocols.
**Requirements**:
- Valid medical license and registration.
- Proven experience working in a hospital or clinical setting, with a focus on Pediatrics and neonatology.
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently under mínimal supervision.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Additional certifications or training in Pediatrics and Neonatology.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
