**About Us**: Paytm is India’s leading digital payments and financial services company, which is focused on driving consumers and merchants to its platform by offering them a variety of payment use cases. Paytm provides consumers with services like utility payments and money transfers, while empowering them to pay via Paytm Payment Instruments (PPI) like Paytm Wallet, Paytm UPI, Paytm Payments Bank Netbanking, Paytm FASTag and Paytm Postpaid - Buy Now, Pay Later. To merchants, Paytm offers acquiring devices like Soundbox, EDC, QR and Payment Gateway where payment aggregation is done through PPI and also other banks’ financial instruments. To further enhance merchants’ business, Paytm offers merchants commerce services through advertising and Paytm Mini app store. Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing various marketing initiatives, including social media marketing, brand marketing, and product marketing. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement branding strategies that enhance brand visibility and recognition.
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Manage and curate content for social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand presence and engaging with the online community.
- Support the product marketing team in crafting compelling messaging and positioning for financial products.
- Participate in market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and market trends.
- Contribute to the organization of promotional events and activities to promote the brand and its offerings.
- Execute Twitter spaces, Instagram live, Masterclasses.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and assist in generating reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, brand marketing, and product marketing.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and methodologies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Understanding of financial instruments and capital market will be preferred
- Willingness to learn about capital market, financial instruments and market trends.
- 0-1 year of experience in marketing, branding, social media, or product marketing is desirable but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply
