- Implement and configure Microsoft Business Central ERP, ZOHO CRM, LMS, PMS, Vendor Portal, and other software based on company needs.
- Provide technical support during implementation, troubleshoot issues, and improve systems as needed.
- Develop system documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
- Collect and store data securely on the server; ensure system integrity during site visits.
- Train end-users to maximize software functionality.
- Monitor system performance, conduct audits, and ensure data security.
- Establish software policies to ensure legal compliance.
- Recommend software upgrades and manage vendor relationships.
- Assist with IT budgets and new developments in coordination with HOD.
- Manage IT security, including firewalls, antiviruses, and VPNs.
- Address user requirements and track issues with ERP/software, ensuring timely resolutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
