If you have a knack for sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for gaming, we want you to join our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively reach out to users who have expressed interest in purchasing diamonds or playing free games, with the aim of converting them into paid subscribers.
- Educate users on the benefits of subscribing to premium features, including access to exclusive content, enhanced gameplay, and earning opportunities.
- Assist users in navigating the subscription process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have, and providing support as needed.
- Follow up with users who have shown initial interest but have not yet subscribed, to encourage conversion and address any barriers to purchase.
- Build rapport with users, understand their needs and preferences, and tailor subscription offerings to match their interests.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and promotional campaigns to drive subscription conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of user interactions and subscription conversions in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Strong sales skills and experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of subscription offerings effectively.
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem, including in-game purchases and premium features.
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for conversion and engagement.
- Ability to build rapport with users, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
