**Officer - Sales (Inhouse Sales & Sales Coordination)**
**DESIGNATION/ TITLE**:
**REPORTING TO DGM - Sales and Marketing**

**NUMBER OF REPORTS **Nil

**LOCATION Mumbai - Vashi HO**

Generating Revenue and Sales from assigned Zone; Sales Coordination; Outstanding

**OBJECTIVE **Collection.

No field work.
**Achieving revenue targets**:
1. Achieving revenue targets **through dealer, distribution channel** in Assigned sales territory

2. Direct sales on main products and spare parts in assigned sales territory

3. **Expansion of Dealer network** in assigned territory.

4. Follow up with **assigned sales team** for achieving the targets and updating the same to Deputy General Manager - Sales and Marketing

**2. Generating and closing leads**:
1. Generating sales leads and closing the same.

2. Closing the assigned leads independently.

**3. Depo Handling and coordination**

1. Handling all back end work of depo and coordination
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Refer Daily Routine 4. Sales Coordination**:
1. **Giving complete sales administrative support to given sales territory**

2. **Customer and sales team Coordination**-Punching Sales order for Proper Product

& Updating the same to Concern Sales Team & Customer & Doing Payment f/w up for the said order

3. Collecting Payment from customers / Dealers ( in case of Credit Supply )

4. Updating Dispatch status within 24 working Hours to Customers

5. Following up with Sales Team Or Channel Partners or direct customers.

6. Follow-up of post sales functions

7. Follow-up for pending sales orders with field staff

8. Reports & MIS.

9. Updating Target v/s Achieved Sales to Sales Head on weekly / monthly basis.

**5. Post Sales Coordination**:
**1. **Follow-up of post sales functions.

**6. Reports & MIS**:
1. CRM reports at all levels.
