Position: Telemarketing
Flying Squirrel Holidays is a leading Travel Organization specializing in curated travel packages for diverse destinations all over the world. We are passionate about helping our clients create unforgettable travel experiences. We seek a dedicated and dynamic telemarketer to join our sales and marketing team at Flying Squirrel Holidays.
As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, foster interest, qualify leads, and secure sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify sales leads, capture essential customer information and assess their needs to tailor appropriate solutions.
- Engage with prospects over the phone in a professional and persuasive manner, clearly articulating the features, advantages, and benefits of our travel packages and convert leads into sales.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with potential customers to build relationships and increase the likelihood of sales conversions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our travel packages, including destinations, pricing, and itineraries to effectively sell to customers.
- Addressing customer concerns and overcoming objections to influence buying decisions through persuasive sales conversations.
- Close sales deals by overcoming objections, negotiating terms and securing customer commitment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends and competitor offerings to position our services in the market.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide feedback on leads and client preferences.
- Developing and maintaining reports and sharing with supervisors, and management to help them track and monitor progress on a daily basis.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear and confident phone manner, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
- Proven ability to sell products/services effectively; experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.
- Solid persuasive and negotiation abilities to influence buying decisions.
- Ability to address client concerns and provide solutions that align with their travel preferences.
- Resilience and perseverance to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a sales-driven role.
- Efficient in managing multiple leads and tasks while maintaining a high level of service.
- Professionalism, integrity and a positive attitude in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably within the travel industry or luxury products and services.
- Proficiency in using Application software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
