Loading Staff

The Loading Staff is responsible for efficiently and safely loading, unloading, and moving goods within a warehouse or transportation environment. This role involves the handling of materials to ensure that items are loaded and unloaded accurately and without damage. The Loading Staff works closely with warehouse managers, drivers, and other team members to facilitate smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Load and unload goods from trucks and containers manually or using equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ensure the correct items are being loaded/unloaded as per the documentation.
- Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Properly stack and organize items in the warehouse or on transportation vehicles.
- Assist with packing, labeling, and securing goods to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with all warehouse regulations.
- Keep loading areas clean and organized.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Experience in a warehouse or loading environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of inventory procedures.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

**Skills**:

- Physical stamina and strength.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to operate loading equipment (forklift certification is a plus).
- Basic organizational skills.

**Work Environment**:

- This job involves working in a warehouse, loading dock, or transportation yard.
- It may require working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
- Safety gear such as gloves, safety shoes, and vests may be required.

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time or part-time shifts, depending on operational needs.
- May include evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
