- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and reports.
**2. Order Processing**:
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products or services to customers.
- Coordinate with various departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Track and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
**3. Customer Support**:
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain customer databases and ensure that customer information is up-to-date.
- Handle customer complaints and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
**4. Sales Team Coordination**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve sales targets and goals.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and promotional materials.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics.
**5. Communication**:
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless flow of information between sales, marketing, and other departments.
- Relay important information from management to the sales team and vice versa.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
