**Position Overview**: We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative with 3 to 4 years of experience in the liner shipping to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer inquiries, handling shipment-related issues, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will serve as a key point of contact between our clients and internal teams, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**: Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues related to shipping and logistics.
- **Issue Resolution**: Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- **Order Management**: Oversee the processing of shipping orders, track shipments, and provide updates to customers regarding their cargo.
- **Coordination**: Liaise with other departments (e.g., operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth execution of shipping processes and prompt resolution of any issues.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, and provide reports on customer feedback and service performance as needed.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices in customer service.
- **Telecalling Support**: Conduct outbound and inbound calls to customers, addressing inquiries, providing information about shipping services, and resolving issues related to shipments.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3 to 4 years of experience in a customer service role within the shipping or logistics industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of shipping terminology and procedures is highly desirable.
